Medical Marijuana

Our address change will not affect our ability to certify patients in Pennsylvania.  We will continue to certify patients in Pennsylvania as well as in Maryland.

We provide affordable care and exceptional personal service to all of our medical marijuana patients.  To schedule an appointment or for additional information please visit www.kindmdpa.com.

Why are we your best choice?

  • Easy affordable appointments with the ability to book and pay online.

  • We are an established family practice. We will be here today and for years to come.

  • We offer the convenience of telephone calls for all Pennsylvania residents. The entire licensing process can be completed from the comfort of your home or even on the go.

Our Affordable Fees

Our fee for new patients and recertification is $75. There is a separate state fee for your ID card.

We're Here to Help: Your Personal Assistant

If you have questions please give us a call at (717) 549-2869, we have someone on staff who can answer your questions and walk you through this process.

You will need to register with the state at www.medicalmarijuana.pa.gov and obtain an ID number before Dr. Smith or Dr. Olson can certify you. Please do this prior to your appointment.
